Latasha Ngwube Inspires a Stunning Bag Design by Tokyo James

The world of fashion can’t get enough of Aboutthatcurvylife’s founder; Latasha Ngwube, from making headlines on the biggest international media platforms to giving plus size women a seat at the table and now inspiring breathtaking designs by some of Africa’s biggest designers. British Nigerian Designer and Creative Director; Tokyo James, recently named one of his bag designs after her, the design which is available in dark brown leather and crocodile skin features impressive structural details and professional craftsmanship.

The talented designer who is generally known for his eccentric menswear designs, created the LATASHA bag design as part of his new accessories line for women in conjunction with ELOY Award winner for female accessory designer of the year; Femi Hand Bags.

Tokyo took to Instagram to introduce the bags to his follower and talk about the stylish woman it was named after, here’s what he said; The TOKYO JAMES Crocodile Bag is coming out soon and is ready for Pre order , we call this design LATASHA why because she is Bold , Confident and a Go Getter” In another post he also talked about the reason for naming the bag after Latasha; “we also call this design LATASHA because it shows the down to earth , Diplomatic and Loving nature of the woman”
