Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Tajé…You may or may not know me but I’m in the Nigerian media world. I’m a TV/Radio personality & I write for a few blogs. I enjoy writing; it’s therapeutic even though I barely have time to do it but I love to do it so I make time.
I’m happy to join the About That Curvy Life family. I’m all about loving yourself in the skin you’re in whether it’s plus size or not. I believe once you love yourself flaws and all, other people have no choice but to love you just as you are. I believe in being healthy in it too and I’m going to let you guys in on a little secret… It is possible to be plus size and be fit and healthy.
I’m going to show you some exercises I do and some of the food I eat trying to stay healthy here in Nigeria. I’ll even let you in on a few goals of mine and some things that have worked for me and the ones that haven’t. So from today, look out for my column- FIT THURSDAYS and let’s learn from each other!!!
